The deposit can be made via PayPal or IBAN after booking.
This amount will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
All bookings are currently made via Instagram DM.

- Appointments must be canceled at least 24h in advance.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the treatment price will be charged for the next appointment.
- In case of no call – no show, no further appointments will be made.
- In the first three days after a new treatment (not with lash design) you can come for a correction free of charge, after that the refill price will be charged.
- If you notice on the way that you will be late, please send a short message.
- The time you are late for will be added to your treatment time, as we usually have appointments afterwards.
- If you already like a certain look, let me know right away — otherwise I will also be happy to advise you at the appointment which look or shape I think suits you best ❤️
I design lashes based on your eye shape and your overall vibe. I don't repeat the same style more than 3 times.
So please tell me what you like — natural, a bit fuller/thicker, or dramatic, as well as your preferred length — and I will create a custom design just for you.
For custom lash designs:
- Inspired by your reference, not an exact copy
- No guarantee of exact results
- No refill for this type of set
In case of a refill within 2 weeks, I can only make the set thicker, but I cannot recreate it exactly like the first time.
